Whimsy is perry with Montmorency cherries.
We put a couple sneaky strawberries in it too.
We made Whimsy for the first time two years ago, and decided to recreate it after a craving for simplicity. Sometimes simple things are the most beautiful.
What's it like? Whimsy smells like strawberries and pear skins. Cherry tannins shine through beautifully. Mouthwatering acidity keeps us coming back for more. It's uncomplicated, and that's a good thing.
